This policy explains what personal data Scoutner collects when you visit scoutner.com or use the Scoutner product at app.scoutner.com, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Website URL you submit for a free partner scan. The scan runs on app.scoutner.com.
- Account data when you sign up: name, work email, company, and the data returned by Google or Microsoft sign-in.
- Inbox access, only if you connect Gmail or Outlook, to send the sequences you approve from your own address.
- Partner data: business contact information about agencies, consultants, resellers and MSPs, built from public sources.
- Basic usage data such as pages visited, to keep the service working and improve it.
How we use it
To run the scan, provide the product, send the emails you ask us to send, bill you, and support you. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host and run Scoutner (hosting, database, email, payments, AI processing), under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing their service to us.
Your choices
You can access, correct or delete your data, disconnect your inbox at any time, and ask us to remove a partner record about you. Email hello@scoutner.com.
