Why does Scoutner exist?
Most SaaS partner programs fail at recruiting, not at tracking. Rewardful's 2026 study of 2,847 SaaS affiliate programs found that only 7.6% of affiliates send a single referral, and 56% of programs have fewer than 50 affiliates. Tracking tools are good at paying partners. Nobody was finding the right ones. Scout reads a company's website, finds the agencies, consultants, resellers and MSPs that already sell to its customers, pitches them and keeps them active.
How do we check the data we publish?
Every commission rate, cookie window, price and benchmark on scoutner.com follows the same rules:
- Primary source first. Partner program terms come from the vendor's own program page or terms. Prices come from the vendor's pricing page. Third-party figures (Vendr, Rewardful, Gartner) are quoted with the publisher and date.
- Two dated sources per program. A program page in our directory is published only when it has an official signup URL, a known commission model and at least two sources checked in the last 180 days. Otherwise it stays unpublished.
- A verification date on every page. Each page shows when it was last checked. Programs are re-checked at least every 180 days, and immediately when a vendor tells us something changed.
- No invented proof. No made-up testimonials, reviews, customer logos or statistics. If a number cannot be traced to a source, it is removed.
Spotted an outdated rate or a wrong figure? Email hello@scoutner.com with the source and we will correct it, usually within a few days.
Are the comparisons independent?
