# 10 partnership email templates
Replace every field in double braces. Keep each email short, send it from a real person's inbox, and personalize the overlap line: it is the part that gets replies.

What makes a partnership email work?
Partners reply when the email is about their revenue and their clients, not about your product. The best opening emails name a specific overlap (the clients they serve, the tools they already implement), show what they could earn, and ask for a short call rather than a signed agreement.
Keep them short. Three or four sentences for the first email, one or two for follow-ups. Send from a real person's inbox, and follow up two or three times: most replies come after the first email.
How to use these templates
Pick the opener that matches the partner type: agency, consultant, managed service provider or complementary software vendor. Replace every field, especially the specific overlap line. A generic "we should partner" email gets few replies.
The last emails in the sequence cover what happens after a partner says yes: onboarding and the first campaign to forward to their clients.
FAQ
How long should a partnership email be?
Under 120 words for the first email. The goal is a reply or a short call, not a full pitch.
How many follow-ups should I send?
Two to three, spaced three to five days apart. Stop after that and try another contact at the same company.
Should I mention the commission in the first email?
Mention what the partner can earn in one line. Details of the program can wait for the call.
